    Ihre Aufgaben

    Commercialization collaborates with solution management, product management and product development leadership to deliver new technologies to the Dematic OU.  As an agent of Dematic OU, Commercialization ensures organizational readiness of a product – the ability to promote, introduce and support our product in the market globally. A commercialization manager will actively guide the transition of a product out of development and into a customer-focused and market-ready state to be consumed by our OU partners confidently and competently.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for organization readiness of Dematic global engineering tools for new product launch
    • Develop cost models to understand the total installed cost of new development in comparison to legacy models or current competition
    • Educate, train and support new product launch by leading 3P workshops, conducting beta site audits, installation time studies and conducting training sessions with Solution Development, Engineering and Sales.
    • As a program manager, Commercialization is responsible for pushing the organization to deliver complete product via the global product launch process within the target launch dates defined at the beginning of the project.
    • Commercialization influences cross-functional partners to deliver tasks required and audits the deliverables with support from subject matter experts.
    • Ability to travel up to 25% internationally during peak seasons

    Ihre Qualifikationen

    Experience Required:

    • 2-5 year’s experience in a similar role
    • Bachelor Degree
    • Experience with launching products is a bonus!
    • Ability to collaborate and influence others who do not have a direct reporting relationship
    • Experience reading engineering drawings
    • Project management experience
    • Attention to detail and ability to analytical prowess  
    • Ability to act as neutral interface multiple departments
